Activity bracelets and smartwatches with which to monitor health are numerous and growing. Now Lidl, the increasingly popular supermarket chain in Europe, has launched an aggressive promotion in which one of its health garments is reduced by 14% with which to be able continue physical activity.

One of the most interesting details of this model is that it has a large nearly 1 inch TFT color display in which you can see at a glance the time, the steps taken, as well as WhatsApp notifications, calls, messages or emails.
This smartband has an optical sensor from which it can measure the pulse of the user. Likewise, it is able to record steps and kilometers traveled, calories burned, duration of physical activity, as well as periods of sleep. Based on this data, calculate the goal of daily movement and sends reminders to the user to encourage movement.
In this sense, and how could it be otherwise, it also tells the time and has a configurable alarm system that is especially useful if we want to have quieter warnings than using the mobile app.
All health data is linked via Bluetooth with the smartphone directly and quickly through the HealthForYou app, being compatible with both android mobiles as with devices with the Apple operating system. In any case, the company explains that the pulse measurement can be controlled at the moment and is also compatible through applications from third-party companies, which opens up the possibilities of using this device.
Regarding their dimensions, they are really contained. It has approximate measurements of 24.5 x 2 x 1.13 cm, for wrists with a contour between 14.5 and 21 cm —adjustable—, and a weight of about 25 grams thanks to a construction in stainless steel and plastic, which allows great lightness and the user forgets that he is on the wrist. It is available in two finishes, black and pink, thinking of the best possible combination with the personal style of each user.
Last but not least: it withstands brief immersion in water (IP67) and has autonomy with a battery that promises up to 5 days in standby mode. Likewise, the company explains that the memory capacity is 30 days.
