The Apple team will have a permanent job offer, visible from the company headquarters. A creator of several remote work projects bought a billboard in front of Apple Park, with a message telling them to choose remote work over work that requires them to go to an office.
The advertising space was acquired by the creator of several remote employment platforms, Pieter Levels. And take advantage a tense situation between Apple and its employees

Taking advantage of the request of a large part of the company team, for whom remote work is essential, Levels published in its account Twitter, a model of what the fence in front of Apple Park would look like. In it, one of his websites stands out, along with the message: “Apple employees. You don’t need to go back to the office ”.

Apple employees have asked the board of directors led by Tim Cook to approve several conditions of validity of teleworking at least three days a week. Demand was supported by employee performance under this modality in 2020, which has arguably been Apple’s most successful year.
For many years, Apple has championed the convenience of its work teams in common spaces, citing a variety of reasons. And while your employees might not end up on the platforms founded by Levels, at least that a permanent reminder of the need to find a proposal which adapts to the new reality of work.
