We are quickly moving away from paper documents. There are several ways to scan documents on our Mac and the fastest, as curious as it may seem, is to use our iPhone.
A fast and ultra-fast process: one click, the camera and you’re done
We may know that we can directly scan documents with our iPhone or iPad. If we add to this the possibility of use iCloud Drive to sync results
Occasionally we may lack internet connection on the Mac, for example, so synchronization via iCloud is complete. We can use AirDrop or Internet Sharing with our iPhone, yes, but that is another process. Do we want to scan a document on the Mac quickly? We do like this:
- On our Mac we right click on the desktop, or any other folder, we choose Import from iPhone or iPad and we select scan documents under the name of our device.
