The feature that will allow you to answer calls with Siri with the use of headphones can be found in the Siri settings in iOS 14.5 RC. Users can now answer calls using the virtual assistant without having to press anything
The review detailed other features in the new feature, besides saying the caller name, Siri now understands the commands to answer the call, such as with the command to send text messages. In this direction, You don’t have to say “Hey Siri”, just say “answer” or “decline”.
The new option can be found at Settings> Phone> Announce calls. iOS 14.5 will be available to the public early next week.
