As a Polish video game studio, we will donate $50,000 of the revenue generated by Indika to help Ukrainian children receiving treatment at the Ohmatdyt Children’s Hospital in Kyiv, which was targeted by a Russian missile attack this week.
We are pained that the Russian invasion of Ukraine continues, and the recent abhorrent attack on the children’s hospital in kyiv by Russian military forces shook us to the core. However, mere words would be empty without meaningful action; we had previously stated that a portion of 11 bit studios’ revenue generated by Indika would be donated to help children affected by the war in Ukraine, we knew it was time to act.
That’s why we decided to donate $50,000 to the Freedom Ukraine Foundation to support Ukrainian children receiving treatment at the Ohmatdyt Children’s Hospital in Kyiv. War devastates everything in its path, and it is cruelest to the most innocent: children. Let this message resonate with all of us, players and developers together, and let’s do everything we can.
The truth is The company’s commitment is absolute and it continues over time, as they want to continue to demonstrate with their actions their intention to continue helping. It is not the first time they have done so, as as soon as the war between the two countries broke out, they showed their total support for Ukraine.
