It's just three days since 2K announced the cancellation of WWE 2K21. In turn, the company said that in the coming days it would offer details regarding the future of the franchise. Well, here we are again, talking about 2K. On the official website have announced a new WWE franchise title. Furthermore, they have made it clear that WWE 2K19 servers will remain active. Now, how long is unknown.
The new franchise title is WWE 2K Battlegrounds coming in fall 2020. 2K has not said what platforms it is being developed for. We assume that initially it will come to PS4, Xbox One and PC. The studio in charge of making the game a reality is Saber Interactive. For now there is little information, although they have published a teaser where we can see what the game looks like. This time it does not stand out for having a very realistic section. The fighters are somewhat stubborn, with a more casual style.
2K has said that will offer new details soon. If you are interested in WWE 2K Battlegrounds you can always leave your email at official website of the game and you will receive the latest news before anyone else. With that said, let's hope WWE 2K Battlegrounds lives up to gameplay expectations.
