It’s finally here. The 2XKO alpha test will begin this August, and you can sign up right now via this link. The test will be available on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
The announcement was made via an announcement video posted on social media, which you can watch in full below. This alpha test is the “first of many” and will provide users with alpha access with a single invitation code that can be shared with one friend. It will offer both local play and online play.

Compared to the previous public demo, this Alpha test will have some changes, including Ahri’s equipment changes, new fuses, and other smaller changes. Therefore, those who know all the 2XKO information will find some surprises.
The new fuse mentioned is the auto-combo feature, which allows players to combine one of their inputs to easily combo in. So if you’re a super experienced player right now, it should be a worthwhile gaming experience.
In the first test of the game, users in specific regions (US, Canada, UK, France, Brazil, Japan, Mexico) will be targeted. More information will be provided before the test in August, and the version will be shown to users participating in the test at Evo.
