Forza Motorsport doesn’t do anything by halves to celebrate its anniversary properly. In addition to a major patch, all players are also offered free gifts.
Forza Motorsport is celebrating its one-year anniversary and to mark the occasion, Turn 10 Studios has some nice surprises in store for players. Since its release on October 10, 2023 on Xbox Series X|S and PC, the game has evolved thanks to numerous updates. To celebrate this important milestone, new Ford Mustangs are being offered to players for free and there are other new features to discover.
A birthday with great additions to Forza Motorsport
There have been many improvements to Forza Motorsport in this first year. The teams have worked tirelessly to refine stability, add content, and improve features based on player feedback. Notable new features include additions such as Spectator Mode, Multi-Class Racing, and Car Proximity Radar and Challenge Hub. These additions further refine the gaming experience and offer players more freedom.
Turn 10 Studios also refined existing systems. The Drivatars’ artificial intelligence, Forza racing rules, and progression systems have all benefited from revisions and adjustments based directly on user feedback. This enables every player to have an increasingly fluid and personal gaming experience.

To celebrate this anniversary, Forza Motorsport introduces Update 13, marking the start of Mustang Month. Starting October 16, 2024, all players will have access to three new 2024 Ford Mustang RTRs. These cars will be available in the showroom free of charge. Car Pass holders are entitled to an additional Mustang, the 2024 Ford Mustang Dark Horse.
