Say no to Tales of Symphonia Remastered, a new version that will embellish this legendary game on PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. Without reaching the graphical overhaul of a remake, this visual update seems to live up to its promise for a title this old.
As previously announced, players will be able to immerse themselves in the worlds of Sylvarant and Tethe’alla and enjoy 1080p, 720p resolution on Switch on the go, but the framerate will be stuck at 30 fps on all media. Bandai Namco also promises that the gameplay has been revised over the years and that there will even be new features. In particular, you can work together with three other friends during battles.
As the world dies, a legend tells that only the chosen one will have the power to save humanity. The line between good and evil has never been more uncertain than in this epic adventure where the fate of two intertwined worlds depends.
This episode will be one Collector’s Edition of the Chosen One with the following bonuses:
- game on disc
- A book of steel
- 3 character illustrations and stickers
Tales of Symphonia Remastered will be available on February 17, 2023 for PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. It will also be backwards compatible with PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, but there will be no value in playing it on those two media.
