Developed by Upstream Arcade and published by Good Shepherd Entertainment, this new Boy from Hell game is a Third Person Rogue Lite Action Title. A production led by Dark Horse Comics and series creator Mike Mignola, who wrote an original scenario especially for the game – a good argument for selling the software to Hellboy enthusiasts.
The half-human, half-demon will investigate the disappearance of a colleague from the BPRD (Bureau of Paranormal Research and Defense). An investigation that will lead him to the Butterfly House, a building that is a portal to The Wyrd dimension.
Welcome to the Butterfly House, a mysterious, perversely structured mansion whose non-Euclidean geometry stems straight from the tormented mind of occultist Pasquale Deneveaux. Its purpose is to open a passageway to the Wyrd, a vast interdimensional network of wondrous and frightening universes far beyond our world. When a BPRD agent goes missing at the mansion, Hellboy and his team of agents investigate to uncover the strange secrets of the building and its architect.
Hellboy Web of Wyrd will be available on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch at an unknown date.
