Enjoy music in HD? For subscribers to Amazon Music Unlimited this is now possible at no additional cost. Amazon switches the feature on for all users of the Music streaming service free. For all current subscribers to Amazon Music HD, these additional costs for HD will not apply with the next billing cycle.
As Amazon announced in a press release, customers will have access to more than 70 million songs in HD (high definition) quality. Furthermore, the catalog for audio formats such as 3D audio with Dolby Atmos or Sony 360 RA is growing steadily.

Up until now, in order to enjoy higher audio quality, you had to get one Hi-Res music service subscribe or book a special tariff for an additional charge.
