Animal Crossing: New Horizons will get a big update in a few days, which will bring new (old) faces, bushes, a museum extension and more to the island. These are all the innovations of the April update.

As announced in the last Direct Mini, a new free update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons has been unveiled. And that's it. From April 23, new animals will visit your island at irregular intervals. We're talking about Gerd, the sloth, where you can buy bushes and hedges. Reiner, the shady art dealer, also returns. He will visit the secret beach in the north of the island from time to time. This goes hand in hand with an expansion of the museum, which is fittingly expanded to include an art department.
There will also be special, time-limited new island excursions. These differ from the miles islands, which are traditionally controlled. The trailer even shows how Olli, the first character to be seen in previous games, is on such a destination.
From April 23 to May 4 there will also be a new event where you can collect special Nook Miles Plus. A stamp hunt with special rewards takes place in the museum between May 18 and 31. The wedding season is finally heralded throughout June. The trailer shows how Alpakas Björn and Rosina from Animal Crossing: New Leaf are put on pose for a wedding shoot on Harvey's Island. Which of these new features are you most looking forward to?
