The cheat exists in several forms, one of which is called “Dashboarding Exploit” and that is exactly what happens with the ban on more than 2000 players on Apex Legends.

We can actually learn that today 2086 players exactly were banned fromApex legends. The reason ? They regularly left games when it wasn’t their advantage because they could lower their scores.
Anti-gambling
The other reason for the bans is an abuse of the matchmaking system, which allows very high-level players to participate in games from less experienced players. In short, respawn is not happy and we can understand because it is clearly anti-gambling.
