The Christmas break is also over for the developer studio Infinity Ward and work is back under high pressure. In a first major community update in the new year, a fresh gunfight game mode was announced.
The official website for the shooter says that a 3-vs-3 variant of the popular gunfight mode will be added to the shooter in the coming weeks; however, no concrete release date was initially given. So far, Gunfight could be played in 1-vs-1 and 5-vs-5 playlists, which are supplemented accordingly by an intermediate variant.
In addition to additional loadout slots, the "Gunfight Tournament" was announced, which had completed a beta in November. This returns as soon as a few bugs have been eliminated and brings new rewards. In the near future there will also be further 2XP, 2X Weapon XP and 2X Tier events. And: The team is also working on a number of known and reported errors, such as the incorrect activation of platinum skins or out-of-map exploits on Ground War.
