Start of “Cobra Kai” season 4

Unfortunately, Netflix has not yet announced a start date for “Cobra Kai” season 4. The new episodes should appear around a year after the third season, i.e. winter 2021 or spring 2022.

“Cobra Kai” Season 4: Cast

Even if nothing has been officially confirmed, it is clear that Ralph Macchio and William Zabka will return as Daniel and Johnny. Mary Mouser, Xolo Maridueña, Tanner Buchanan and Courtney Henggeler are also there again. Martin Kove will reappear as creep Kreese.

Is Elisabeth Shue returning as Ali in “Cobra Kai” Season 4?

It is unclear whether Elisabeth Shue will return as Ali again. Your two-episode storyline was coherent and does not require any further episodes. Her appearance was of great value to Johnny, who was now sent on a good path by Ali to get involved with Carmen.

Also, Ali was only in the Valley for the holidays and is returning to Colorado with her children. But since she and Johnny got along very well, Ali could appear as a guest role in a few episodes.

Cobra Kai: More returnees from the Karate Kid films?

“Cobra Kai” follows the tradition of announcing a new karate kid returnees at the end of a season, who then plays a large or at least important role in the course of the next season. After season 1, Martin Kove returned as John Kreese and at the end of season 2, Ali’s return was hinted at.

Cobra Kai: Season 4 plot

No official information has yet been released about the plot. In “Cobra Kai” season 4, the All-Valley-Tournament will definitely be of great importance, after all, the future of the continued existence of the Cobra-Kai Dojo depends on it.

One of the questions that is impossible to answer is w hether Johnny and Daniel will manage to fight Kreese together before the tournament or if they fall out again halfway through. As usual, Daniel and Johnny always find a way to ruin a budding friendship.

While Johnny and Daniel are allies for the time being, Kreese also has an ace up his sleeve. As in “Karate Kid 3”, he gets help from his rich friend Terry Silver.

Production of “Cobra Kai” Season 4

The new episodes are commissioned by Netflix and are initially shown exclusively on the streaming service. Series creator Jon Hurwitz announced in October that the scripts for “Cobra Kai” season 4 were ready. So now the shooting and post-production are just waiting.
