Even though work on the successor is slowly picking up speed, a team from CD Projekt RED is still tinkering with Cyberpunk 2077. Another patch was released today with update 2.12.
But if you hope that new content will come into play again, you can discard the idea straight away. Patch 2.12 for Cyberpunk 2077 is primarily intended to address issues that occurred after and since the previous update 2.11. The patch notes of the new update are also much more manageable:
PC specific changes

It is now possible to correctly bind the radio port and body drop on AZERTY keyboards to another key. Switching between quest objectives is now assigned to the T key on all keyboards.

Fixed an issue where attempting to bind the T button to actions in Exploration & Combat resulted in a “Binding Failed” error message.

Working with Intel, we fixed an issue where the “Prioritize P cores” setting resulted in stuttering.

We worked with Razer to fix a crash that occurred when using devices with Razer Chroma support.

Fixed a bug where NPCs’ hair in vehicles could appear extremely bright when Ray Tracing was set.

Fixed a bug that caused the game to crash when playing on Steam Deck if Ray Tracing was set.
Xbox specific
Fixed an issue where the game could enter an infinite loading state, hang, or crash on Xbox related to some save games.
All platforms

Fixed an issue that resulted in players being unable to open the menu, inventory, warehouse, holocalls, and fast travel.

Updated the Sonic Shock quickhack description to correctly reflect the changes to its behavior in 2.1.

Improved controller cursor v isibility in menus and when using computers or keyboards.

This change primarily helps Steam Deck users, but console and PC players also benefit when using a controller.

New Dawn Fades – Fixed an issue where it was not possible to open the phone to read the notification from the automatic delivery system.

Riders on the Storm – Enemy cars in the chase sequence now shoot at Panam’s van.

Nocturne Op55N1– Fixed a bug where after selecting Reed the conversation would sometimes not trigger, blocking progress.

Audio Shock is now correctly categorized as a stealth quickhack.

Fixed an issue where groups of immortal enemies would appear in different regions of Night City.

Fixed a bug where some items on the Perk screen would not change after switching to colorblind mode.

BioDyne Berserk now correctly increases critical strike chance through its synergy with reflexes.
