The first part of 2024 is slowly coming to an end. Since January, the video game industry has been marked by the release of major games such as Tekken 8, Palworld, Helldivers 2 and Dragon’s Dogma 2. Star Wars offers its video game Han Solo!
Developed by Ubisoft Massive, Star Wars Outlaws is the first open-world game in the Star Wars series. Set between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, it features a galaxy dominated by the Empire and where criminal syndicates thrive. The title combines combat, infiltration and exploration and offers a unique Uncharted-style setting, without lightsabers! Starting August 30th, players will be able to play as Kay Vess, an outlaw armed with a blaster and accompanied by a small animal. A fresh wind is blowing through the Call of Duty franchise
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is also one of the must-play games for late 2024. Developed by Treyarch and Raven Software under the direction of Activision, this new work promises to revive the franchise. The most important innovation is the revision of the movement system with Omnimovement, which allows players to sprint, slide and dive in all directions. The initial feedback is unanimous: this new title offers unprecedented immersion and you can see it in our preview. Fans of the famous Zombie mode will also be happy to find it, which stays true to its success with a round system.
The official release is scheduled for October 25th on Xbox Series, PS5, Xbox One, PS4, and PC. An initial beta will be available from August 30th to September 4th for pre-orderers and Xbox Game Pass members, followed by an open beta for everyone from September 6th to 9th.
