Daenerys Targaryen’s Game of Thrones interpreter Emilia Clarke has no plans to watch the spin-off House of the Dragon. Here’s why.
Games of Thrones is dead and now its spin-off House of the Dragon is in the spotlight with a record-breaking first season. But among the millions of viewers who gathered in front of their TV every Sunday night, there was one major absentee: Emilia Clarke

There is a very small chance that Emilia Clarke aka Daenarys Targaryen will star in the series game of Throneseither in front of his TV during the airing of season 2 of the spin-off house of the dragon. And for good reason she didn’t want to see the first episodes.
Angry about not being able to attend the casting? Not at all, but the British actress thinks so “to crazy”
No, I don’t watch House of the Dragon. Can you forgive me? It’s too weird. I’m very glad the series exists and all the awards it has received…but I can’t see it. It’s too weird. It’s too weird. It’s like asking, “Would you like to go to that high school reunion that wasn’t in your class?” That’s how I feel, so I avoid it.
above diversity.
House of the Dragon is the first spin-off in a long line. There’s already a Jon Snow character project that’s going well and other things that are going differently. And if some have been put away in the closet, nothing says they won’t be coming out for years to come. After all, Game of Thrones father George RR Martin is heading into his own MCU with his saga he’s still working on. Much to the chagrin of fans, the final book is still being written.
