The failed shooter Concord may still get a chance.
Sony has canceled its shooter Concord after just two weeks. A farewell forever? Probably not, because the game is still supposed to keep its planned episode in the new Amazon series Secret Level. You can find out exactly what is known about it here.
Will Concord return one last time?
In fact, Concord could return to our screens once again, because in an article by IGN confirmed a source near the production of the series that Concord should remain a part of the series.
However, Amazon has not yet commented. Nevertheless, it is quite possible that the streaming service will stick with the Concord episode, as it will have already invested a lot of money in its production.

The Amazon series was announced during the Opening Night Live of gamescom 2024.
In 15 episodes, new stories from our favorite gaming universes will be told. These include Dungeons & Dragons, New World: Aeternum, Warhammer 40,000 and many more. Even Keanu Reeves is supposed to play a role in some way, but whether as an animated character or just as a voice actor remains to be seen.
The new series is set to start on December 10, 2024 on Amazon Prime Video.

If you still have no idea what we’re talking about, that’s no surprise. As mentioned, Concord was a colossal flop for Sony. Hardly anyone played the shooter after its release on August 23, 2024.
This is a big problem for the Japanese game manufacturer, because the multiplayer title’s development time of several years would have swallowed up an immense amount of money, which would have had to be recouped over the years. That is no longer possible.
It remains to be seen whether Concord will really continue to be a part of the series. After all, there is still no official confirmation from the streaming provider Amazon.
