Epic Games has officially introduced the new superstar icon for the fifth season of Fortnite Festival. Here you can find out who you can look forward to after Metallica!
Fortnite Festival is also entering Season 5 and will have a new superstar icon as headliner. It’s Karol G! The Grammy winner has just finished her world tour and is now taking over the stages of Fortnite Festival as an icon.
The Colombian-born artist is not only the icon of the new season, but will also headline a special in-game concert experience scheduled for August 23-26.
Season 5 of Fortnite Festival starts tomorrow, August 16, 2024, with version 31.00 and ends on November 2 at 5:00 a.m. German time. Of course, there will also be some goodies related to Karol G to be had. You can get the “Karol G (Bichota Season)” outfit, the “Bichota Mic” microphone, the “Bichota 6-string” guitar and the “QLONA” jam song via the premium reward route for 1,800 V-Bucks, without having to complete any additional tasks.
The concert event begins on Friday, August 23rd at 9:00 p.m. and runs until August 26th at 6:00 p.m. The concert is more than just a setlist of hits, as you’ll embark on a five-part visual journey through Karol G’s life and music career. You can collect EmPower-Ups to banish negative energy and spread positive vibes in the neon-filled party. You can find the experience in the Discover menu in Fortnite and party with up to three other members of your crew. If you attend the entire concert, you’ll receive the “Bichota 4-string” bass.
