Your first task is to find Xavier. As with most missions in Genshin Impact, there is a marker that shows the scholar’s location in the south of Tatarasuna. Travel there and talk to him about starting your next job.
Go to the three new mission markers, place the beacons as Xavier requires, and then return to the report to complete this stage. You will get a lot of Mora and some Primogems to solve your troubles, but the task is not completed yet.
