Yesterday evening it was that time again: The German Computer Game Prize 2023 was awarded at a big gala. The most prominent winner was certainly God of War Ragnarök.
For the first time since 2019 and thus before the corona pandemic, the German Computer Game Prize was awarded in front of an audience again this year. Accordingly, 600 guests came to Berlin to choose the best German computer and video games. This was joined by numerous viewers via live stream.
A total of EUR 800,000 in prize money was distributed to various German titles. Chained Echoes was awarded “Best German Game” by Deck13 Spotlight, while the title for “Best International Game” went to Sony’s action blockbuster God of War Ragnarök.
