The remake of the RPG cl assic Gothic will come up with a new feature: an in-game store. Via this, the makers give you an optional opportunity to perfect your adventure.
With the Gothic Remake, the makers of Alkimia Interactive and Publisher THQ Nordic want to take you back to the valley of mines. The development process should be made as transparent as possible, which is why another planned feature has been announced at an early stage: an in-game store.
So you can call up the so-called G-Store in the Gothic Remake and use it to customize your trip, if you so wish. There you can purchase new equipment for the nameless hero, including, for example, Diego’s legendary weapon or brand new equipment. In addition, you can set yourself apart from all other residents in terms of fashion with cosmetic items.
There are also healing potions, experience point boosters or enemy-related damage boosters to purchase in the shop. And: The complete redistribution option for the assigned attribute points in the course of the game can also be purchased there, as well as companion animals for the first time within the Gothic franchise.
Every transaction in the G-Store is made with G-Coins aka G-Coins, which are bought at a fixed rate (see below) or can be earned by watching live streams of the game. For every hour on the live stream, you will be rewarded with free G-Coins. The exact offers of the G-Store will be designed according to the community feedback and will be finally revealed shortly before the game is released.
