The Steam Summer Sale is on June 27, 2024 at 7 p.m. Europe time. As usual, server hiccups can occur, but in the recent past the start times have usually been kept pretty punctual.

This time you have plenty of time to think carefully about your bargain hunt, because the Steam Summer Sale 2024 lasts a full 15 days. The doors close on July 11, 2024, also at 7 p.m. Europe time.

Palworld
Palworld combines Pokémon and survival elements in a colorful open world. You explore the world and catch mysterious creatures called Pals, who help you in battle and at work by cultivating your fields, cutting wood or operating machines.
In addition to catching monsters, there are also survival aspects: gathering food, crafting tools, building a base and fighting against wild Pals, looters and bosses.
Regardless of whether you’re playing single-player or multiplayer: Palworld already offers a ton of content despite its early access status and, thanks to its fresh idea, has what it takes to be even better than it already is. Dying Light 2
Dying Light 2 is an open-world action RPG set in a post-apocalyptic world. As a player, you take on the role of Aiden Caldwell, who is searching for answers and survivors in the zombie-infested city of Villedor.
The game combines parkour gameplay with intense hand-to-hand combat and features far-reaching decisions that affect the course of the story and the fate of the city.
After the game initially failed to live up to its acclaimed predecessor at release, developer Techland has managed to get back on track with numerous updates and earned an upgrade in the follow-up test.

How the Steam Summer Sale 2024 trading cards work
This year there is a special promotion again: You can once again earn trading cards and use them to create a badge for your Steam profile. This works as follows:
- You can earn one free card per day by completing your Discovery list once completely. This is reset every day at 7 p.m.
- You can also trade the cards with other users or buy and sell them on the community market.
- For every 10 dollars you spend in the Steam Store, you will receive a card at checkout.
- When you craft other game badges, you will receive one Summer Sale card for each badge you craft during the sale.
