The new Star Wars series The Acolyte has been running on Disney Plus since June 4th. Three episodes have been released so far, and there will be one more every Wednesday. Now that you’ve had a few days to watch the first episodes of the Jedi series, we want to know what you think of The Acolyte.
We have created a small community survey that we have – how could it be otherwise – packed full of Star Wars quotes. Now it is up to you to decide whether you feel the light side of the force in The Acolyte or whether the series creators have allowed themselves to be seduced by the dark side.
So go ahead: start your hyperdrive and set course for our survey.

What is The Acolyte actually about?
For those who haven’t yet looked into the setting of the series in detail: The Acolyte takes place during the High Republic era, about 100 years before the events of the Skywalker saga known from the movies.
The Jedi Order experienced its glorious peak during this time and maintained peace in the Republic. The Sith operated underground during this era. But when a series of murders of Jedi Knights occurred, it became clear that dark forces were at work in the galaxy.
If you want to find out more about the place of The Acolyte in the overall timeline of the Star Wars universe, then take a look at our colleague Dimi Halley. Just in time for the start of the series, he has prepared a detailed classification for you.
Of course, our five limited answer options cannot cover the entire spectrum of opinions among Star Wars fans. We are fully aware of that. So feel free to share your conclusions in the comments section and discuss things in a civilized manner. Even in the days of the Jedi Order, verbal battles in the comments were considered so uncivilized.
With that in mind: May the force be with you!
