Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 | Warhorse reveals everything we weren’t allowed to talk about!
This looks so realistic!
Now, however, new gameplay footage from the role-playing game has emerged – albeit from a completely unexpected source. The new material is not a leak, but rather a report from a news program on Czech television.
Colleagues from the Czech broadcaster ČT1 visited the Warhorse offices for a report on the development of Kingdom Come 2. In the article, which, among other things, is about the historically correct representation of the Middle Ages, the game’s design director, Victor Bocan, also has his say.

The resulting television report shows, among other things, a few short scenes from the city of Kutná Hora, which reveal a massive cathedral and numerous colorful market stalls. But fans find the buildings less interesting, rather than the NPCs that can be seen in the short snippets of gameplay.
Streamerin Roxy Clarkwho also shared the TV excerpt for the first time on Twitter/X, writes in her post how impressed she is by the characters’ running animations: They look so realistic!
And actually: The NPCs in the video stroll slowly through the market square and go about their everyday lives – almost like real people.
What is also striking in the video is the beautiful lighting of the city scenery, which is brought to life by the CryEngine. All of this suggests that with Kingdom Come 2 we could be dealing with a real heavyweight in terms of realism.
What else do we know?
The game continues the revenge story about the supposed blacksmith’s son Heinrich von Skalitz that began in the first part for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S appear. As Warhorse co-founder Daniel Vávra already announced, the game will support both Nvidia’s DLSS and AMD’s FSR upscaling technology.
An exact release date for Kingdom Come: Deliverance is still pending. Although we know that the game is scheduled to be released this year, However, a publication is no longer expected before October.
