Nintendo recently launched a version of the RPG hit Kingdom Come: Deliverance for the Switch on the Japanese shop page. The Royal Edition should soon be on the shelves.
The medieval role-playing game Kingdom Come: Deliverance will soon be available for the Nintendo Switch. From February 18th, players can buy the RPG on the Japanese market as a “Royal Edition”, as a user can Reddit
The Japanese video game magazine Famitsu has already recorded the date. Reddit also says that the Switch version is being relocated by the same company that has already taken over the PlayStation 4 port – DMM Games. The extent to which the publication is also planned in other regions outside Japan is not apparent from the list.
The release is also not really secured. Neither Nintendo nor the developers at Warhorse Studios have spoken out so far. Last week, the rare classics Banjo-Kazooie and Blast Corps incorrectly appeared on a release page for the Wii U. Both publications were quickly removed from the site.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance was released in 2018 and tried its hand at realistic simulation outside of the fantasy medieval RPGs. The Kickstarter project of former Mafia developers ran rather modestly on the consoles, so those interested should wait and see how the possible port on the switch is technically implemented.
