Riot Games has once again added to its growing lineup of games.
League of Legends developers revealed that their next project is Tellstones: King's Gambit, an upcoming tabletop game in the League of Legends world.
Tellstones is described as a bluff game for 2 to 4 players, and it will be a game with "perfect information"-meaning that every player will be able to see all the information about what is happening. The game is said to be a "Demacian variant of the game that runs through Runeterra" (League of Legends World) and is one of many tabletop games that Riot is currently developing.
"Our first table game was a huge collaborative game with miniature and narrative content," the studio's reveal post wrote. Three years ago, Riot Games released the first table game, Mecha and Minions.
"Our second game was competitive, much smaller, and faster. They are very different, but united by the focus on player experience outlined above."
After the unveiling of Wild Rift, this is just one of the many games the studio has released this year-the new console and mobile version of League of Legends, and the new digital card game Runeterra. Riot Games previously announced Teamfight Tactics, the company's auto-player genre, and the upcoming single-player game Ruinding King: A League of Legends Story.
