Manor Lords: Sales milestone reached on day one

Manor Lords was recently one of the biggest hype titles – and this is now also reflected in the first sales figures. A milestone was reached on the release day.

The medieval strategy game Manor Lords has been on everyone’s lips recently. The title from Hooded Horse and Slave Magic was one of the most requested new games on Steam – and this is now reflected in a very successful sales start.

Manor Lords recently went into early access and is therefore available as an early game version on Steam. Countless PC gamers already wanted this unfinished version, so this game version sold like hot cakes. More than a million copies have already crossed the virtual counter for publication – so the first sales milestone has already been passed.

The game relies on many management elements and large-scale, tactical battles in the Middle Ages. You can reach various buildings, optimize agricultural production and establish trade routes – in short: there are many things to manage in the strategy game.

This is currently not only attracting many buyers, but also a lot of players on Steam. On the first day, the peak number of simultaneous gamers was 173,178 gamers. Manor Lords also tops Hades 2 and Hollow Knight: Silksong as the most requested title on Steam, reaching the aforementioned sales milestone in less than a week after the early access launch.

After Palworld at the beginning of the year and later Helldivers 2, Manor Lords can be seen as the third big hype title of 2024.
