The new update to version 1.05 has finally been released for MultiVersus – and with it you get a new character with Black Adam.
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson recently played the anti-hero Black Adam in the corresponding movie – and you can now play him in MultiVersus for your brawler battles. The new update 1.05 is now available and brings the fresh protagonist as previously announced in August. In addition to the character, you can also buy an alternative outfit for the character for 800 Gleamium. This gives it a more classic look.
At the same time, the arcade mode is introduced into the game with the patch, but initially in an earlier alpha stage. Long-awaited by fans, this mode lets you team up with a friend against different waves of enemies. There are three different levels of difficulty (easy, medium and hard). If you succeed in a difficulty level, you can earn a star for the character you played with; such stars can be unlocked in both 1v1 and 2v2.
There are also three boss fights on the two higher difficulty levels, one of which is against your nemesis rival. More content is planned for Arcade mode in the future, but Player First wants to evaluate additional player feedback first.
There is also a new cue that is aimed more at casual gamers who do not necessarily value competitive gameplay. It’s a lot more chaotic and fun here, as there are some modifications to the regular gameplay. Rounding out the update are a number of cosmetic items.
