MultiVersus will permanently have a ranked mode in the future. Developer Player First Games has now confirmed this.
Developer Player First Games is fulfilling a wish of the brawler’s players and will make a ranked mode permanently available in the future. The permanent feature should therefore be added via patch in the coming week and will not go away in the future.
The said update will also bring other innovations with it. There should be fresh cosmetic items as well as skins, including the Shaggy and Velma variants on the occasion of Valentine’s Day.
Shortly after the launch last year, the makers had confirmed that they wanted to continuously publish new content for the brawler MultiVersus. Recently, however, it has been rather quiet about the game – until now. With next week’s patch, wins will let you climb the leaderboard, but losses will set you back.
The ranked mode was already confirmed as part of alpha and beta tests last year, but concrete information about the development and release has remained open since then. Accordingly, Brawlers players should now be pleased, after all, the feature is now unexpectedly coming quickly.
