Naughty Dog Behind some of the most popular PlayStation exclusives, a lot of people want to know what it’s up to when it hits PS5 because it’s not (too much?) Interested in The Last of Us Part II. The co-president of the California studio was starting to tease. And indirectly.

Naughty Dog started a major recruiting campaign late last year of people who will be working on the studio’s next projects. And while positions have already been filled, others have to be filled, as Sony’s flagship studio First Party reported on its official Twitter account.
To add a little more visibility to this recruiting campaign, Naughty Dog Co-President and Creative Director Neil Druckmann tweeted his topic on his personal account. If the idea behind this post was to get people to apply to ND, his way of phrasing things is sure to tickle fans of his games:
Come work with us! We’re doing something very cool! 🤐 https://t.co/ZGU6W3cAKU

So many questions, so little time
Unsurprisingly, as the smiley face used by Neil Druckmann shows, that something is surrounded by a level of confidentiality that would make a US federal agency blush. It remains to be seen whether Naughty Dog is working on one or more projects at the same time.
The studio promoted a number of its team members in the second half of last year. And as we told you a few days ago, one of those promoted, Vinit Agarwal, has been given the post of co-director. And since he primarily presents himself as a designer of multiplayer games in his profile, one might wonder if Naughty Dog, in addition to a new single-player PS5 game (ND recruited for single-player content last summer) I’m not working on one either PS5 version of The Last of Us Part II, which is linked to the multiplayer experience in the game world.
If Naughty Dog is actually working on multiple titles at the same time, which seems to allow the size of the studio Neil Druckmann is referring to here. It will certainly be a while before we reach the end of this story.
