It seems that the comment bomb on Steam may have worked-Neil: The automata finally has a patch.
Steam version Neil: Automata Set to receive the upgrade patch on Steam, According to a tweet From the official Twitter account of the franchisee.
Frankly speaking, this is really a question of time, because it has been in a regrettable state since it was released in the game in 2017. Since its release, the game has not received patches that resolve bug fixes or performance issues.
Although players have been begging for a four-year update, in the eyes of all players, the latest version of the game on the Game Pass PC is a pretty good version.
As you can see, the PC version released through Game Pass is Nier: Automata becomes the version of the gods. It has some very good improvements, such as support for FidelityFX, HDR and 4K high-end UI and textures. It also received some stability updates.
Although the Nier Twitter account did not detail what to expect, (hopefully) Steam may have the same update. The PC version of the Games Pass Pass is handled by QLOC and was obviously created in response to the special request of Platinum Games.
We will notify you when more information about Steam update expectations is provided.
