There were already rumors of an extensive direct conference in January, but these should ultimately not be confirmed in this form. Will there be a double pack for this in February?

A large direct conference on the general switch line-up did not take place in January, contrary to numerous speculations. Instead, Nintendo focused on Pokémon and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in two editions. The Japanese could now make a double strike again in February.
According to a new rumor, Nintendo should have scheduled two direct conferences in the very young month. This is reported by insider Sabi, who has proven to be very reliable in the past. He appeals to a "trusted friend" named Zippo.

One of the two direct conferences is definitely scheduled for February 20; however, like the two previous January editions, this will only focus on one title, in this case Animal Crossing: New Horizons. A second direct conference will be the large-scale edition, which will then focus comprehensively on the general game line-up for the Switch in the coming months.
The fact that the video format will also be available in February can almost be taken for granted: in the past, with one exception, Nintendo always broadcast a direct conference in February of a year. We will of course keep you up to date in this case too.
