Soap MacTavish: The relatively young soldier in the first Modern Warfare part plays an important role in the course of the original trilogy and is considered a fan favorite. An operator bundle for soap has already been discovered in the past, but has not yet been published.
It is completely unclear how things stand with this as yet unpublished content. However, it is very possible that both the bundle and the weapon will eventually find their way in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
