You’ll be able to play Overwatch 2 in beta soon. We’ll tell you if you can transfer your skins and achievements to the new shooter.
- You can take Overwatch loot, collections, and achievements with you to Overwatch 2.
- This means you can also use your skins, sprays, icons and emotes in the successor title.
- However, you are bound to the starting platform.
Starting April 26th, you can play Overwatch 2 in closed beta for the first time. In the follow-up title, new maps and characters as well as new skins await you.
But you can also take your unlocked skins from Overwatch into the new game. Like Blizzard on the official website for the game announces there is a range of content that is transferrable:
You can definitely take this content with you
- Skins
- Icons
- Sprays
- Emotes
In short, you can transfer all of your loot, collections, and achievements. But there is a catch. Because apparently you are bound to the exit platform.
Also, if you played Overwatch on PS4, you can only transfer Overwatch 2 content to PS4 or PS5 and not to PC.
Overwatch 2 does not yet have an official release date, but as soon as Activision Blizzard announces it, you will find the date in our game release list.
