Every month there is also a fresh update for PUBG: New State with new content. The September patch now brings you a new 4×4 map for the Battle Royale title.
Krafton has released the September update for the mobile spin-off PUBG: New State of the hit battle royale series PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds; this can now be downloaded on Android and iOS.
The focus of this month’s update is certainly the new 4×4 map called Akinta. Th is relies on a futuristic African setting. The map had previously been tested with positive feedback and is now live. Up to 64 players can engage in battle royale battles that can last up to 15 minutes per match. There is also a new travel mechanic here with the maglev train, which runs through the center of the map.
In addition, the cooperation with the car manufacturer McLaren is now live. You can now get cosmetic items, including an outfit, helmet, backpack, gloves, hat, sneakers, mask, and patch. You can also unlock the McLaren 720S vehicle skin via an event if you complete the mission objective. Vehicle skin colors include Volcano Yellow, Paris Blue, Royal Purple, Fever Pink, and Black and White.
Last but not least, there is also a new 7mm weapon, the AK Alfa, which will be available as a field-drop weapon across the map. This can also be modified with attachments like a scope, foregrip and magazine.
