Sets from a legendary saga have been leaked with a big surprise

New leaks about LEGO sets from an absolute cult license pose the risk of buyers’ wallets being dried up before publication. And one of the constructions will particularly amaze.

LEGO clearly wants to empty brick lovers’ bank accounts this year. The January 2024 releases are a good example, even if they are not the most expensive sets. In the coming weeks and months, the Danish company will tap into the geek world more than ever to attract customers, whether regulars or not, to its networks. There will always be Marvel, Super Mario, Twilight or even Jaws. But one franchise interests the company more than the others, and for good reason, it’s a hit every time.

Large LEGO sets planned for summer 2024 have been leaked

Among the new releases for January 2024 we find two LEGO Star Wars sets: the Clone Troopers and Battle Droids Battle Pack 75372 for $29.99 and The Crimson Firehawk 75384 for $52.99. And this is just the beginning of a long line, as we already know that sets will be added by the end of the year. A large proportion of these were revealed through leaks, although some only had prices or item numbers. But that’s it, we have more details through other leaks and fans are in for a big surprise.

Rumor has it that the unknown LEGO set 75389 is a Millennium Falcon, selling for $169.99. And for once it could be very surprising considering that it is a black version of the famous ship. The minifigures would also be great, as there would be a mix of heroes and villains from different Star Wars eras. If the information is correct, we could have Dark Rey, White Darth Vader from the Infinities Return of the Jedi comics, a C-3PO and a Chewbacca who have gone to the dark side, or even an equally dangerous Gungan.

This would clearly be the most unexpected LEGO Star Wars set of all, but seven other sets were leaked before their time. In addition to the black Millennium Falcon, the leaks mention a “Battle on Peridea” construction based on the Disney+ series Ahsoka, a C3-PO in the tradition of R2-D2, an X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter scene, a Representation of Boba Fett’s escape from the Sarlacc Pit in the series “The Book of Boba Fett”, a starfighter from Jedi Bob and two unknown LEGO sets.
