This is new with Hubs & Transports
On March 22nd, Hubs & Transports, a major free update for Cities: Skylines, brought content for all players and also improved some expansions. As the name suggests, the update focuses on the traffic in your metropolitan areas. Everyone can now benefit from the following content and innovations:
- Six new metro trains with different capacities (250-450 people)
- A new train
- Decorative parking lots and parking garage
- Various new decorative elements: trees, fences and sea walls
- Four new road options
- Two new transportation hubs (port bus hub and multi-level subway station)
- A decorative place for the eighth anniversary of Cities: Skylines
- New filters for roads and content creator packs in the build menu
- Build menu search option
There is also new content that will only be added to some expansions:
- After Dark: Get a black cab.
- Snowfall: gets mixed traffic hubs with subway and tram station or with bus, tram and train station.
- Natural Disasters: Get an airport for disaster relief.
- Mass Transit: Gets new monorails, ferries and roads, as well as 2 traffic hubs.

Also on March 22nd, three new Content Creator Packs were released on Malls, Sporting Events and Miniature Africa. We already have these and the three new radio stations detailed in an article. You can also see what’s in store for you now and later in the year in the trailer above.
