Many Telekom customers are currently reporting to us in our company fault report that they are having difficulties with the internet. Many also have problems with MagentaTV.

The provider has not yet confirmed any disruption on social networks like X. Maybe it’s just a short-term outage and everything will work again soon. Use our DSL checklist to check whether everything is set up correctly in your home.

Many Vodafone customers are currently reporting internet disruptions. In that case too, the provider did not confirm any disruption.
