Warframe has had lately a lot of criticism from the fans plug in: players complain about too much content that is not being expanded well enough. The long-awaited Railjack content and the associated Operation Scarlet Spear also met with little favor from the community. But the developer Digital Extremes now wants to work on that.
Railjack gets its own remaster
In the interview with the YouTube channel Quite Shallow embedded above, lead game designer Scott McGregor explains that the Railjack update is not entirely different from the first public release of Warframe. Many would Gameplay elements don't yet match
You want to achieve this with a remaster of the Empyrean update called "Railjack Revisited" that will be released soon. That will be the game mechanics of the Railjack spaceship and the space missions again fundamentally revise:
- Less simulation: In the future, space battles should play briskly. You will probably have to repair less and can concentrate more on the fight.
- Equipment upgrade: There will be the valence transfer known from the Lich weapons. This means that you can transfer the upgrades of your existing equipment to better versions found later.
- Archwings: The Archwings will also be revised for the Railjack content. Among other things, their melee system will be improved. These changes will appear in phases.
- More experience points: All activities in the Railjack content will be rebalanced, which will help you level up your items faster.
- No new missions: There will be no varied types of missions for the time being. You only want to take care of this when the core gameplay works as desired.

"Operation Scarlet Spear came too soon"
Developer Digital Extremes also admits some mistakes. This explains that all of the planned changes should have been made before the highly criticized Operation Scarlet Spear event started.
He continues on the Delay of the Nightwave series a. After the end of Series 2, a new intermission started, which has now lasted a full six months. The development here, however, did not go as smoothly as one hoped, which caused the long delay.
Nightwave Series 3 is said to do so next big update for Warframe represent. However, the developer cannot yet give an exact release date.
