Netflix is doing everything it can to end the summer in style with a few films and, above all, soon-to-be-released series. One of them comes from an absolute cult license.
Summer is over (crying), it is the end of the summer holidays (crying again), but our SVOD platforms are not idle. Netflix has already had a very busy month with a lot of films, including very big blockbusters like the (too) long versions of Rebel Moon Party 1 and 2, Fast and Furious X or Kingsman: The Golden Circle. Great muscle entertainment accompanied by several extremely popular series. The month of August also marked the definitive end of one of them: Umbrella Academy
And to end the month in style, Netflix is adding two new feature films, one of which is very eye-catching, as well as a good portion of series. There will be plenty to do here too.
All Netflix movies of the week from August 26th to September 1st
After the blockbuster blockbusters, Netflix scales back with two new films that have nothing to do with each other … Forget the explosions and action scenes galore, here we do something more in the dramatic comedy with (Un)lucky sisters. Two sisters, complete opposites and unknown to each other, join forces after the death of their father when they discover a true treasure… and everything goes wrong.
The second film released this week is impressive in more ways than one. American drama by Sofia Coppola with the then very young Kirsten Dunst, The virgin suicides
Published in 1999, The virgin suicides still shines with its sad credibility.

The series of the week from August 26 to September 1
On the series side, things are getting a little quieter with the big return of one of Netflix’s most popular comedy series. On site. A very French series with Jean-Pascal Zadi who always plays a… surprising president. This week we will also find Jeff Goldblum (Jurassic Park) KAOS
Finally it is Terminator Zero Who will bring up the rear? The highly anticipated animated series is finally coming to Netflix and, according to the showrunner, will do everything it can to please fans. On the menu is horror, science fiction and plenty of action, without John Connor. Here we follow the race for survival of a young computer engineer who managed to develop an AI that rivals Skynet, which in turn led to him being hunted by a killing machine, a Terminator.
