Kirby and the Forgotten Lands is out now on Nintendo Switch (its release date is March 25, 2022), and we’re super excited to finally play the first 3D major adventure for Nintendo’s pink balloon mascot.
Pardon the pun, the new Kirby game looks set to be an unforgettable adventure. The unveiling of the awesome Mouthful Mode, in which Kirby can feature both a car and a vending machine, looks like it’s going to be a fresh take on Kirby’s abilities.

While Nintendo Switch games are rarely discounted, especially first-party titles, the upcoming Kirby does seem to have decent pre-order deals. Most notably at Currys, if you add the code “SWNEXTDAY” to checkout, you can save $5 and get the title for £39.99.
It was followed by our friends at Base who were selling the Kirby for £41.85 instead of £49.99 retail. If you prefer to buy the game from ShopTo, they have Kirby for £42.85. Although Game sells Kirby and Forgotten Land for standard RRP, they throw away the UK-exclusive Kirby mouse pad when they buy it. For the same price of £49.99, the My Nintendo Store has a free gift pack that includes a free mouse pad and free magnets, perfect for collectors of all things Nintendo, or if you want to buy a game for yourself or as a gift. You can also enter contests for a chance to win an exclusive Kirby statue.
Our friends in the US didn’t miss out either, Amazon US is discounting $5, which is a valid deal considering how few discounts Nintendo games get. Walmart has a neat Kirby popsocket for your order.
