We do not yet know details of the Xbox Series X such as the final release date, although it may have been leaked, as well as the final price of the console. The fact is that what we do have are the specifications and some media have already been able to see some Xbox One games in motion that will benefit from the improvements introduced in the new Microsoft console.
At Digital Foundry they have done a thorough analysis of the Gears 5 demo that was shown running on Xbox Series X and compared it to other pieces of PC hardware that offer an identical result. The results show, as commented in wccftech that performance is the same as an RTX 2080, a graph close to 1000 euros and that with components of the same level would make the PC in its total price reaches 2000 euros. All this for free, since players who have Gears 5 on XBox One will receive the Series X version at no extra cost.
We still do not know the price of Xbox Series X, but if it is capable of offering results worthy of a 2000-euro machine, we can expect its starting price to be somewhat high, although if Microsoft has learned from its mistakes with Xbox One, we most likely won't see it too out of place
