One of Nintendo's mobile titles may not be as widely accepted as the others The Lost Dragalia. Last year, Cygames partnered with similar franchises Mega Man and was able to generate over $ 106 million in player spending. That makes Nintendo's third-largest game, soon after Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp.
This success, however, has led to some problem recently – Nintendo and Cygames have just released a post on the official game site that talks about the "improper use" of Dragalia Lost. Yes, believe it or not, but some players have been found to be breaking the rules. Some exchange data while others trade in real world currency. Here is the full description from Nintendo and Cygames:
We have received improper use (such as data exchange) and real money trading (transferring or selling Dragalia Lost accounts or game data to another party for Internet interest or flea market plans) from other users.
The notice went on to explain how players caught doing this can be prevented from using the game app or lose access to all of their final data, including the true premium currency, diamantium.
In order to be enjoyed by everyone who plays the game in terms of the User Agreement and Code of Conduct, players who misuse the app or engage in real money trading may be banned from using the app and lose access to all their final data, including diamantium. If such steps are taken to account for improper use or trading of real money, this decision will not be reversed even if Nintendo's support team is contacted.
The last part of the message reminded players of the Dragalia Lost user agreement. While we won't cover everything here, section 9 of the agreement prohibits it players from rewriting data, using negotiations, and often violating the "any word" of the agreement.
