Ryan Hernandez, a Californian man who entered Nintendo America several times and was arrested, has taken the case to court. The 21-year-old had been warned by the FBI to stop hacking various companies, but ignored the warning given to him and his parents and continued to file various servers to court. He was given a $ 259,323 fine and could face up to five years in prison for the offense.
