The person who leaked Persona 3 Reload before the game’s official announcement says that the game will not be coming to the Nintendo Switch. He also said that there is no publisher for the Switch version of the game so it won’t happen unless that changes. The same goes for Atlus’ new project Metaphor: ReFantazio, which was unveiled during the Xbox Game Showcase and is also confirmed for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Steam according to Atlus official site
