Deserted Island Getaway package from Tom Nook no co. it's a holiday worth many. The water is filled with sandy beaches, beautiful plants and flowers to see, and the calm and calm start of the island's humble beginnings. This is Animal Crossing: New Horizons – a world that looks amazing and wonderful with the palm of your hands.
Seven years have passed since Animal Crossing: The New Leaf came to the Nintendo 3DS. Fans have been content for some time with Happy Home Designer and, most recently, the free smartphone theme, Pocket Camp. But none of these topics are real agreements, although this has certainly kept the Animal Crossing community alive and healthy, despite the pressure to emphasize the ongoing flow of events, Gulliver stands and gacha fortune cookies. As for us. New Horizons aims to put all that aside; there are no more stressful times (e.g. setting alarms so you can fish at night or asking for help from Quarry), just to be quiet – as King Crossing should be.
Our 90-minute preview session took us through what an island life is like when you first set up camp, followed by a few weeks to New Horizons. First to look at, the Transformation theme is all you can expect from Animal Crossing. She starts with a small tent and a few interior items to make it feel at home. Tom Nook, the Nooklings and a few citizens – this time we met with Reneigh and Antonio – was the end of our social life. As a New Leaf Mayor, your character & # 39; Residential Agent & # 39; here and can influence the island's traditional look and activities. A great way to do this is by accessing your & # 39; Nokok & # 39; s, a smartphone that is part of a special income package from Tom Nook.
Just like our smartphones, Nookphone is your way of getting new information on the island. Between inventing new DIY tools to track Nook Miles (a new, like-successful feature that rewards you with everyday things), it's a useful tool provided by the ZL button – and, thankfully, doesn't take up your other founding site, if your character is rooted in Nookphone They cannot move or talk to any citizens. Have you ever had a little fun with real life, no? Either way, Nookphone is the basis for – I would say – a great addition to New Horizons, keeping the game relevant for young or early adopters, especially those who still don't understand what it's like to live in a world without technology.
Accessing the DIY app on your Nookphone will give you smorgasbord access to recipes, which look like simple playing cards (QR codes) for us. At the time of our preview, we already had some tools at our disposal, including a short fishing rod and a net. After a while, these tools will break down. However, they are cheap and easy to do, and require a few branches that you can find on the ground or simply by pruning. Be careful not to throw away the poisonous hive yet! However, in the worst case, you can either stay indoors or cure your injury with medication.
After designing a stakeholder for Resident Services, many of whom you will have seen at Nintendo Direct recently, your character can easily scale the river and find new resources, plants and weeds ready to pick. You can poke a stake over the lake if you like. Pole repair is a major milestone as in the first phase of the game you will not be able to reach any country across the river, as there are no bridges available. However, this is the easiest thing to fix later in the game.
About 20 minutes into our preview session, we had the opportunity to meet New Horizons after we had been on the Island for a few weeks. And conversion was an understatement. Now, our character had an upgraded two-bedroom home, Bleather slept comfortably in her natural place – the Museum – and there were several shops to use, including Nook & # 39; s Cranny s tore and Able Sista clothing store.
Probably the most jaw-dropping thing here, however, was when we were walking around the museum. Since its days in the New Leaf, the museum has been a complete makeover. We will not confuse the shows but there is ample opportunity to explore in detail all the creatures you have contributed to the Blves' efforts. It looks amazing with crisp details on Nintendo Switch, which has theme areas and functional areas to keep adults or kids entertained for hours.
After taking a walk around Nook Cranny, the Resident Services building to see the lovely Isabelle (she was making tea at the time), and visiting Mabel and Sable to take advantage of their shopping, we took the time to look at our home. Once inside, you can easily access your storage by pressing & # 39; right & # 39; on the D-pad. Here, instead of putting down the stored furniture and moving it poorly with the New New Leaf, we simply press the & # 39; lower & # 39; D-pad to achieve a lower view of our house. For fans who have played Happy Home Designer, you'll be able to see this set. Playing the same way, furniture can be picked up, thrown and rotated anywhere in the room. You can select multiple objects at once (such as a table and a lamp) and move them together. For interior designers, New Horizons will be a dream.
If you love yourself more as a creative guru, New Horizons puts himself in the role of Minecraft with the permission to make the world. You can now mold the world the way you want, by building molded gates and laying beautiful stones, mud or sand paths that residents will use when shopping in the city or roaming the sea. The possibilities are endless. Now, if we could build our own houses… but I think that would be very worrying for Tom Nook.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons unites to become what every fan wants to see. It's a Franchise that rewards your daily commitment and dedication to new, unique and exciting things – and New Horizons is no exception. Who knew we were more than happy to take a second loan? Thanks to Tom Nook and co., We are already stocking our instruments.
A special hands-on cross-country session: New Horizons is hosted by Nintendo UK for My Nintendo News. This is only a preview of the next game. A full review of Animal Crossing: New Horizons will be published later.
