After the first official teaser of the new installment for the 30th anniversary of the series and a second official teaser, a rumor arose that it would be a reboot for Nintendo Switch and not a new installment as such. Then its co-creator shared a teaser and Mortal Kombat 1 was finally announced for Nintendo Switch and other platforms.
You already know that the game is released September 19 and will be released on Nintendo Switch. We also have a bunch of confirmed characters, but it looks like a few more might have been leaked. And it is that Amazon Italy includes this message in the description of the game in relation to the Kombat Pack 1
Kombat Pack 1, which includes 6 playable characters (Quan Chi, Omni Man, Ermac, Peacemaker, Takeda, Homelander), 5 kameo characters (Tremor, Johnny Cage, Khameleon, Mavado, Ferra) and a Jean Claude Van Damme skin.
This has not been officially confirmed, but it seems that this additional pack would include all of these characters.
