It’s hard to believe, but Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Hollywood is celebrating its first anniversary. To commemorate the opening of the park, the company is opening a brand new permanent Powerup Cafe, which will be fully operational on Thursday, February 15. Power up Cafe is a wonderful grab and go cafe with a Super Mario Power Up themed menu. Here is the exclusive menu for Power Up cafe.

- Super Calzone with mushrooms: Calzone in the shape of mushrooms filled with pepperoni, sausage, mozzarella and tomato sauce
- 1-Up Mushroom Calzone: A mushroom-shaped calzone filled with spinach, green peppers, mushrooms, mozzarella and basil pesto
- Fire Flower Pretzel: A fire flower pretzel served with chipotle cheese, mustard and white queso dips
- Super Star Popcorn: Buttered popcorn topped with an edible glitter top
